Klatu provides automated AI-assisted video creation, script generation, speech synthesis, motion graphics, and rendering tools. Our platform enables users to transform concepts and written scripts into styled videos.

We are constantly developing and improving our platform. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any feature, tool, or aspect of the service at any time with or without prior notice.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Klatu.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of any text prompts, scripts, media assets, trademarks, or materials that you submit or upload to Klatu ("User Content"). You grant Klatu a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, and reproduce your User Content solely to generate outputs and operate the service.

Generated Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own all rights, title, and interest in the video and audio files generated for you via Klatu ("Generated Output"). You may use, distribute, display, and monetize your Generated Output for both personal and commercial purposes.

Klatu Platform: The Klatu website, software code, UI designs, brand marks, and underlying rendering systems remain the exclusive property of Klatu and its licensors.

You agree to use Klatu strictly for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service to:

Generate, share, or promote defamatory, hateful, violent, obscene, sexually explicit, or unlawful content.

Create deceptive deepfakes, misleading impersonations, or fraud designed to deceive others.

Infringe upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.

Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or exploit the security, infrastructure, or rate limits of Klatu.

Certain capabilities, higher resolutions, and video generation quotas require a paid subscription or purchased credit packages. Pricing is disclosed at checkout and may be updated periodically.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the beginning of each billing interval unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

Except as required by applicable law, payments and generation credits are non-refundable once rendering or generation has begun.

You may stop using our services and delete your account at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Klatu immediately, without liability, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms our platform, users, or third parties.

Klatu and all generated outputs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI-generated content is generated algorithmically and may occasionally produce unintended, inaccurate, or unexpected results. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated videos prior to publishing or distributing them.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klatu, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Klatu operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of Klatu following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
